Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized service to a discerning luxury clientele, building long-term relationships and ensuring client retention.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Conduct private appointments and styling consultations, presenting product stories and heritage details with authority.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and store housekeeping to reflect brand DNA.
  • Manage client records and follow-up activities to develop pipelines and convert prospects using the boutique CRM and appointment systems.
  • Support stock reception, replenishment and inventory accuracy in coordination with store management.
  • Contribute to in-store events, trunk shows and VIP activations, ensuring flawless execution and guest experience.
  • Mentor junior colleagues (for senior level), share product knowledge and support team performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury fashion or premium retail; typically 2+ years for Fashion Advisor and 4+ years for Senior Fashion Advisor.
  • Demonstrable commercial orientation with a history of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to engage high-net-worth clients with discretion.
  • Strong product knowledge and an aptitude for storytelling about craftsmanship, materials and brand heritage.
  • Flexibility to work boutique hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Right to work in Thailand.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion or premium retail for a Fashion Advisor; Senior Fashion Advisor candidates will generally present 4+ years of progressive responsibility with a proven record of high-ticket sales and client development.

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail, business or a related field preferred.
