Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and regular shoppers.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointments and follow-up.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and storytelling across Chanel categories — ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods, shoes and beauty.
  • Offer tailored styling advice and personal shopping, coordinating looks and private viewings as required.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock presentation, housekeeping and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while observing cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Use CRM and POS systems to record client interactions, track preferences and schedule appointments.
  • Collaborate with the Neiman Marcus sales floor team and Chanel regional representatives on events, trunk shows and client initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide discreet, high-touch service to affluent clients.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished professional presentation.
  • Comfortable handling high-value merchandise and complex sales transactions.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to work independently within a boutique environment and as part of a multi-brand department store team.

Experience
