Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop new customer relationships by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Enhance the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
  • Exceed client expectations by demonstrating a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required. Deep passion for the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
