Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique client advisors by preparing for and attending client appointments, including styling, product presentation and personalized service.
  • Deliver discreet, high-touch customer service aligned with brand standards, managing enquiries and follow‑up communications with professionalism.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales transactions, exchanges and returns, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client data.
  • Maintain boutique visual merchandising and floor standards: replenish stock, prepare displays, and ensure garments and accessories are presentation-ready.
  • Assist with inventory control: receive shipments, perform quality checks, tag merchandise and coordinate stock transfers with the back room.
  • Contribute to clienteling activities: update client records, record preferences and assist in executing invitations and after-sales follow-up.
  • Support loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures, adhering to internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate gift wrapping, order packaging and luxury presentation to exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with store management on daily merchandising tasks, events and promotional activities.
  • Uphold brand guidelines for grooming, behaviour and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Professional poise and impeccable personal presentation consistent with a luxury maison.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proven reliability, discretion and ability to handle confidential client information.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling or transaction reconciliation.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to a boutique environment.
  • Fluency in Korean is advantageous; additional languages are a plus (not required unless stated in the official posting).

Experience
