Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique sales advisors in daily client engagement and after-sales follow-up, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Manage appointment scheduling, welcome clients, and conduct clienteling activities to develop long-term relationships.
- Provide product expertise across ready-to-wear, accessories and beauty, delivering bespoke styling advice and storytelling.
- Process transactions accurately using the boutique POS, handle receipts and returns, and assist with payments and invoicing.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: replenish stock, fold and display merchandise, and ensure the boutique is impeccably presented.
- Update CRM records and sales pipelines with client interactions, preferences and follow-up actions.
- Support inventory control activities including stock takes, back-of-house organisation and coordination with the store manager.
- Assist with boutique events, private appointments and seasonal initiatives, ensuring elevated client hospitality.
Qualifications
- Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with discretion and the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Basic numeracy and accuracy in handling transactions and sales documentation.
- Availability to work boutique hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in France (or local requirements for the hire location) and reliable, punctual attendance.
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous (although no specific language requirement provided).

Experience
Entry-level role; 1+ year of retail experience preferred, ideally within luxury fashion or premium cosmetics. Internships or trainee experience in boutique environments will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or fashion is advantageous but not required.
