Role & Responsibilities

  • Support senior fashion advisors in delivering a bespoke client experience, including welcoming clients, preparing and running appointments, and managing follow-up communications.
  • Assist with daily boutique operations: merchandise presentation, replenishment, inventory and stockroom organisation, and visual standards maintenance.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions, process returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate record-keeping for sales and client files.
  • Contribute to clienteling activities: maintain client profiles, schedule appointments, coordinate gifting or sample requests, and support invitation lists for events.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing receipts, handling phone and email enquiries, and liaising with back-office teams to resolve client or product issues.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Turkish (TR) — spoken and written; additional languages an asset.
  • Proven customer-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to operate in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
  • Professional presentation and knowledge of luxury retail standards.
  • Basic numeracy and comfort with sales transactions and merchandising procedures.

Experience

Ideally 1–2 years of experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or premium boutique environment; experience supporting sales teams and handling client appointments is valued.
