Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, anticipatory service to high‑net‑worth and walk‑in clients, cultivating long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximizing average transaction value and conversion rates.
  • Manage private appointments, trunk shows and bespoke client events to showcase collections and drive sales.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across seasonal collections, leather goods, ready‑to‑wear, jewellery and beauty to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Execute visual merchandising and shopfloor standards to uphold Chanel’s brand presentation and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems and CRM tools to record client preferences, sales activity and inventory movements accurately.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborate with store management and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and local commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Professional, polished presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clients; clienteling experience required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak season demands typical of a resort location.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
