Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by presenting product expertise and advising clients on collections, fit and complementary items.
  • Execute visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold Chanel’s brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Process transactions accurately using Point-of-Sale systems and ensure careful handling of luxury merchandise.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist with client events, private appointments and in-store activations to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and strong commercial sensibility.
  • Impeccable professional presentation and discretion when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
  • Legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Experience

Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally 1–2 years in luxury or premium fashion environments; candidates with proven track records in sales or client development will be prioritised.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training or qualifications in retail, fashion or hospitality are advantageous.
