Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by presenting product expertise and advising clients on collections, fit and complementary items.
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold Chanel’s brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Process transactions accurately using Point-of-Sale systems and ensure careful handling of luxury merchandise.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Assist with client events, private appointments and in-store activations to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and strong commercial sensibility.
- Impeccable professional presentation and discretion when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
- Legal right to work in the Netherlands.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally 1–2 years in luxury or premium fashion environments; candidates with proven track records in sales or client development will be prioritised.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training or qualifications in retail, fashion or hospitality are advantageous.
