Chanel in Paris seeks a Fashion Accessories Operations Intern (Stage) — assist the operations team from sampling to production. Start July 2025.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Direction Opérations Accessoires team in coordinating end‑to‑end operational activities for fashion accessories (from sampling to production delivery).
- Track production timelines, sample flows and delivery schedules; update and maintain operational trackers and dashboards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication with design, development, sourcing, quality and logistics teams to ensure alignment on deliveries and specifications.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes and status reports for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Assist in process‑improvement initiatives, standardisation of operational procedures and ad‑hoc project work related to accessories operations.
- Manage documentation related to product references, quality alerts and change requests, ensuring traceability and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in fashion management, supply chain, industrial engineering, business or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and details simultaneously.
- Rigorous, methodical approach to data and document management; high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing clear reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
Experience
Internship position; previous internship experience in fashion operations, product development, production follow‑up or supply chain is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (fashion management, supply chain, industrial engineering, business or equivalent).
