F&B Visual Merchandiser
Chanel in Sao Paulo seeks an F&B Visual Merchandiser to design and implement in-store and event displays for food & beverage concepts.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual merchandising concepts and campaigns for Chanel’s food & beverage activations, in-store cafés, pop-ups and hospitality events.
- Design window and internal displays, planograms and fixture layouts that align with global brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end production: source props and materials, commission prototypes, coordinate shopfitting and supervise on-site installation.
- Collaborate closely with retail operations, marketing, events and store teams to ensure seamless implementation and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Maintain and control visual merchandizing inventory, props and technical documentation; track budgets and supplier invoices.
- Provide store-level training and detailed visual guidelines to ensure consistency and day-to-day maintenance of displays.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate display performance and iterate on concepts based on commercial feedback and footfall insights.
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual retail and F&B display work, including window and event installations.
- Proven ability to translate global brand guidelines into local, commercially effective visual executions.
- Strong project-management capability with experience coordinating suppliers, installers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent aesthetic judgement, attention to detail and a practical understanding of materials and production techniques.
- Flexibility to travel across stores and to work extended hours for installations and events.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of progressive experience in visual merchandising within luxury retail or hospitality environments, with demonstrable delivery of F&B or event-focused displays.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Set Design, Product Design, or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience and portfolio.
