F&B Boutique Manager
Chanel is hiring an F&B Boutique Manager in Almaty — lead boutique hospitality, operations and team for the brand in Kazakhstan.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day F&B operations for Chanel's boutique presence in Kazakhstan, ensuring flawless service and product quality consistent with the brand's hospitality standards.
- Recruit, train and mentor boutique F&B staff; set service protocols, grooming and performance expectations aligned with Chanel's luxury positioning.
- Manage P&L, cost control, inventory and supplier relationships to achieve commercial targets and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate client hospitality initiatives, private events and VIP experiences in close collaboration with retail and client relations teams.
- Ensure full compliance with local food safety, licensing and health regulations and uphold Chanel's standards for cleanliness and visual presentation.
- Develop local partnerships and seasonal offerings that reflect brand values while driving footfall and wallet share.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing F&B operations within a luxury hospitality or high-end retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, cost of goods sold and supplier negotiations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing service teams.
- Excellent client-facing skills and a refined sense for service, presentation and guest experience.
- Authorization to work in Kazakhstan (if applicable) and willingness to travel regionally for brand initiatives.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food & beverage operations, preferably within luxury hospitality or premium retail; at least 2 years in a managerial capacity responsible for both operations and people leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred; professional hospitality certifications advantageous.
