Executive Assistant, Footwear Development (Intern)
Chanel in Paris seeks an Executive Assistant, Footwear Development (Intern) starting July 2025 — administrative support to the Shoes Development team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Footwear Development team and its executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit presentations, technical dossiers and follow-up documentation for development meetings and cross‑functional reviews.
- Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries and expense reconciliation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes; track action items and follow through with relevant teams (design, prototyping, sourcing, production).
- Assist with sample tracking, documentation management and version control across the product development lifecycle.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely communication while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Support project scheduling, milestone monitoring and basic reporting to help keep development timelines on track.
- Contribute to ad hoc research, benchmarking and administrative projects related to footwear development and sourcing.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Fashion Business, Product Development, Management or a related discipline.
- Excellent organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Professional discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear presentations and concise meeting summaries.
- Proficiency in common office tools and comfort managing calendars, travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Interest in footwear product development, materials, and production processes is strongly preferred.

Experience
No specific years of professional experience required; prior internship or administrative support experience—ideally within luxury fashion, product development or merchandising—is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Business, Product Development, Management, or a related field.
