Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts and strategies.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to secure necessary resources and services.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and provide post-event reports and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies during event planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events with high attention to detail.

Skills

Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in event management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector, with a proven ability to handle large-scale, high-profile events.

Education
