Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Fashion Europe Events & Retail Projects team in the planning and execution of collection shows, client events and in‑store activations across Europe.
- Coordinate logistics and operations: venue sourcing, production schedules, transportation, accommodation and on‑site execution.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, production partners and retail teams; obtain quotes and follow procurement procedures.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines and budgets; prepare briefs, run‑sheets and post‑event reports.
- Liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders (merchandising, retail, marketing, visual merchandising and legal) to ensure alignment and brand compliance.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in event management, luxury brand management, marketing, communication or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract in France.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation and discretion required when handling confidential materials.
- Proactive, resourceful demeanour with a solutions‑oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Availability to travel domestically and within Europe as required by project schedules.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or work‑study experience (6–18 months) in events, retail operations or brand projects is preferred; exposure to luxury fashion or premium retail environments is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in event management, luxury/brand management, marketing, communications or a related field; eligible for alternance in France.
