Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events for the Parfums Beauté division.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Support the Event Project Manager in administrative tasks and project documentation.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for event concepts and themes.
- Monitor event budgets and prepare financial reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but previous internships in event management or luxury goods are advantageous.
Education
Pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
