Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the operational organization of global Imagine CHANEL Discovery experiences to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate and support the facilitation of content throughout the entire ICD global journey, including pre-event, during, and post-event phases.
- Update various materials utilized in the program.
- Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders, including Brand Learning and speaker pools.
- Track data, manage registrations, and generate reports for global sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with experience in event coordination.
- Recognized for meticulousness and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates curiosity, creativity, and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
