Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Fashion Director and boutique directors in purchasing decisions for Costume Jewelry and Other Accessories.
- Prepare Open To Buy plans considering historical performance, budget forecasts, and strategic goals.
- Conduct pre-buy and post-buy analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Recommend product assortments for each collection, aligning with the Creative vision and European strategy.
- Develop the Core Assortment for boutiques, focusing on key themes and high-volume drivers.
- Ensure balanced assortments that address image, business, and long-term strategic objectives.
- Monitor collection performance and propose initiatives to optimize results and manage stocks.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Style Expertise, Training, and Marketing teams to enhance collection energy.
- Manage in-season and market preparation reporting, including sales, inventory, and delivery analysis.
- Conduct deep dive and ad hoc business analyses to influence future strategies.
- Present regular performance reviews and end-of-season analyses to Global teams.
- Prepare and lead various committees to share insights on the category.
- Maintain expertise in European boutique landscapes and market trends.
- Engage with boutique teams to deliver strategic vision and gather feedback.
- Build relationships with local merchandisers through business discussions and performance feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of European fashion markets and trends.
- Experience in strategic planning and analysis.

Education
