ESG Performance Manager
Chanel is seeking an ESG Performance Manager in Paris to lead ESG reporting and performance analysis. Ideal candidates will have 15 years of experience, a Master's degree, and fluency in English and Italian.

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of ESG reporting, performance analysis, and ESG trajectories.
- Lead ESG reporting campaigns and ensure data quality, precision, and auditability.
- Collaborate with the Models and Methods department to adapt reporting indicators and methods.
- Prioritize and validate impact factors.
- Coordinate audit campaigns with internal auditors.
- Develop ESG forecasting models and performance dashboards.
- Support finance teams on sustainable performance issues.
- Define and manage enhanced value propositions for transformation actions.
- Contribute to ESG strategy development for projects, including real estate.
- Facilitate team development and expertise in new ESG roles.
- Coordinate and prepare impactful presentations for top management.
- Support operational teams in identifying improvement areas.
- Engage in ad hoc ESG reporting and data requests.
- Lead ESG/Sustainability committees in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Ensure strong adoption of new IT tools for data reporting and analysis.
- Participate in continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
