Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design, planning and operational coordination of efficacy studies (clinical, instrumental and consumer trials) for skincare products.
  • Draft and maintain study documentation: protocols, informed consent forms, technical specifications and trial master files; liaise with CROs, clinical sites, dermatologists and external laboratories.
  • Collect, clean and analyse study data; produce clear tables, figures and concise study reports to inform claim substantiation and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets and study logistics; escalate risks and propose corrective actions to the R&D project lead.
  • Contribute to regulatory and claims dossiers by summarising results and ensuring compliance with applicable cosmetic regulations and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university or engineering/master’s programme in pharmacy, cosmetic science, biomedical sciences, biostatistics or a closely related discipline (alternance/work‑study contract).
  • Familiarity with dermatological testing methodologies and clinical evaluation principles; basic understanding of cosmetic claims substantiation.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to documentation, timelines and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical aptitude with ability to interpret study data and present findings succinctly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Experience

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (MSc/engineering) in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Biology, Biostatistics or an equivalent university curriculum (alternance/work‑study required).
