Chanel in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks an E‑commerce Project Assistant (Apprenticeship) for Parfums & Beauté, starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the e‑commerce project manager in planning and executing online product launches and seasonal campaigns for Parfums & Beauté.
  • Prepare and maintain product content on the ecommerce platform: product descriptions, technical specs, assets, pricing and metadata; ensure content quality and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — creative, merchandising, CRM, supply chain and external agencies — to drive deliverables and timelines.
  • Contribute to on‑site merchandising and category optimisation: manage banners, landing pages, product sorting and promotional flows.
  • Perform routine quality assurance and troubleshooting across product pages and checkout journeys; validate fixes prior to release.
  • Support reporting of key performance indicators (traffic, conversion, AOV) and prepare succinct status updates and post‑launch analyses.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in e‑commerce, digital marketing, business, luxury management or a related field (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail; capacity to enforce strict brand tone and product accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset and collaborative approach to stakeholder coordination.
  • Interest in beauty, fragrances and luxury retail; prior internships in digital or e‑commerce roles are an advantage.

Experience

Suitable for a student seeking an alternance/apprenticeship; previous internships or six months of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or retail merchandising are preferred but not mandatory. Experience within beauty or luxury brands is a plus.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in e‑commerce, digital marketing, business administration, luxury management or a closely related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship track).
