Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational management of the Chanel Parfums Beauté product catalog, ensuring optimal presentation and enhancement on Chanel.com worldwide.
- Coordinate the enrichment of product scope, including visuals, texts, and attributes for new releases across all e-commerce touchpoints in collaboration with international marketing and artistic direction teams.
- Update product sheets in coordination with marketing, regulatory, and market teams.
- Manage the online publication of campaign tutorials and samples.
- Support local markets in catalog management and PIM tool proficiency.
- Monitor and resolve catalog-related issues on Chanel.com.
- Ensure product prominence within list pages, filters, and internal search engine on Chanel.com following global e-merchandising guidelines.
- Assist markets with e-merchandising through training and support documentation creation.
- Analyze e-commerce performance and key actions implemented.
- Conduct competitive and technological market research.
- Support the launch of new features to enhance customer experience and conversion rates on Chanel.com.
- Aid markets in local initiatives and contribute to process and tool optimization.
- Participate in the expansion into new markets on Chanel.com or e-retailers.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (final year) in business school or equivalent in digital marketing, with a preferred schedule of 4 days in company and 1 day at school per week.
- Previous successful experience in an e-commerce or digital role.
