Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end management of digital solutions, ensuring delivery, adoption, and continuous value creation.
  • Manage project and product delivery, aligning stakeholders and executing governance.
  • Define and prioritize solution roadmaps and backlogs based on business value and client impact.
  • Identify and manage project and product risks, including resourcing, budgeting, and delivery planning.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and optimizations for improved performance.
  • Guide requirements gathering and solution roadmap development for digital solutions.
  • Translate business needs into prioritized technical requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure alignment across business, technical, and regional stakeholders.
  • Maintain solution documentation, technical specifications, and decision records.
  • Monitor system stability, performance, and operational readiness.
  • Facilitate incident reviews and manage root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Oversee release management, including UAT, deployment planning, and post-release stabilization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Lead change management and adoption processes to integrate solutions into daily operations.
  • Oversee technical risk assessment, compliance with security and IT governance standards, and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Digital, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) preferred.
  • Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
  • IT Service Management Certification (ITIL) preferred.

Skills

Strong technical expertise in solution lifecycle management and delivery methodologies. Proven ability in incident management, problem resolution, and service quality improvement. Deep understanding of retail business processes and omnichannel systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments. Strategic decision-making capability grounded in business outcomes.

Experience

10+ years of proven experience in solution ownership or technical product management within retail and digital ecosystems.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Digital, Information Technology, or a related field.
