Role & Responsibilities
- Guide the development team through the software lifecycle, providing technical direction, mentoring, and establishing best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and design effective technical architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, focusing on scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, align priorities, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Produce and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications for projects and systems.
- Oversee code review processes, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and platforms to support business objectives and future growth.
- Identify technical and architectural risks, propose mitigation strategies, and address technical debt.
- Advocate for improvements in development processes, tools, and team collaboration.
- Lead technical discussions and communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior developer, technical lead, solution architect, or similar hybrid role.
- Strong proficiency in mobile technologies such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java.
- Proficiency in backend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, Java.
- Experience with frameworks such as Flutter, Fastlane, NodeJS, Spring, React, Angular.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and technologies, including Azure and Kubernetes.
- Experience with software architecture, system integration, and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead technical teams.
- Proficiency in architectural modeling and technical documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project delivery.
