Role & Responsibilities
- Support the digital project manager on end-to-end initiatives for the Watches & Jewellery division, from brief to launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including creative, product, e‑commerce, retail, and external vendors to maintain timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation: briefs, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes; track milestones and action items.
- Assist in digital asset management and quality assurance across web, mobile and in-store digital touchpoints.
- Contribute to user‑experience testing, UAT cycles and implementation of feedback with development teams.
- Monitor basic performance metrics and assist in preparing post-launch analyses and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, UX, or a related discipline.
- Availability to begin in July 2026 for the full duration of the internship period as required by the role.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner suited to luxury brand environments.
- Genuine interest in watches, jewellery and luxury brand storytelling; discretion and respect for brand heritage.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or digital project coordination is strongly preferred; experience within luxury goods, watches or jewellery is an asset.
Education
Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, UX or a related field.
