Role & Responsibilities
- Support the digital project manager on brand and product launches across Parfums & Beauté, ensuring delivery against timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — marketing, creative, e‑commerce, legal and external agencies — to track deliverables and approvals.
- Prepare project documentation: briefs, status reports, timelines, meeting minutes and post‑launch summaries.
- Assist with content production workflows: asset ingestion, tagging, QA, and publishing via the CMS.
- Contribute to testing and quality assurance of digital assets on e‑commerce and campaign platforms (visuals, copy, links).
- Support monitoring of project budgets and vendor invoices alongside the project manager.
- Compile basic performance reports and dashboards to inform optimizations and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines for beauty and fragrance communication.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related discipline (mandatory for internship status).
- Strong organizational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional standard of written French is expected and working knowledge of English is typically required.
- Keen interest in luxury, beauty or fragrance brands and sensitivity to brand aesthetics and regulatory constraints.
- Rigorous attention to detail and a methodical, solution‑oriented approach to problem solving.

Experience
No extensive professional experience required; previous internships or academic projects in digital marketing, e‑commerce or project coordination are strongly preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent — internship eligibility required.
