Join Chanel in Paris as a Digital Product Assistant Intern. Work within the Media & Digital department, assisting in digital application development and project management.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and communicate updates on CHANEL.com releases within the digital team.
  • Ensure proper testing and validation of new CHANEL.com features by project managers.
  • Assist the Product Owner in drafting User Stories for new digital application features.
  • Participate in Agile meetings with the Product Owner and IT development team.
  • Support the Project Management Officer in maintaining and updating the project portfolio.
  • Aid the Project Management Officer in developing and overseeing Low-Code No-Code solutions.
  • Guide users in adopting tools and enhancing deployed solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or Digital School, preferably in the final year of study or equivalent.

Skills

Dynamic, rigorous, organized, and curious with a keen interest in digital application creation and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Scrum and its terminology: Sprints, Backlog, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and analytical ability. Proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Airtable is a plus. Flexible and capable of taking initiative.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in digital product management and Agile methodologies is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or Digital studies.
