Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Merchandising Project Manager in planning and executing online merchandising initiatives for fashion collections and seasonal launches.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including e‑commerce, buying, product, visual merchandising, marketing and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
- Manage product onboarding workflows and ensure accuracy of product information, imagery and categorization within the CMS/PIM.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of online assortment strategies, filters, and navigation to maximise conversion and sell‑through.
- Perform quality assurance of product pages, visual placements and promotional content across desktop and mobile channels.
- Monitor and report on merchandising KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, sell‑through) and prepare concise performance summaries for stakeholders.
- Maintain project timelines, update task trackers and contribute to post‑launch reviews and iterative merchandising improvements.
- Support ad hoc digital initiatives such as site visual updates, A/B tests and content localisation for regional markets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Fashion Business, Business Administration or equivalent (work‑study / alternance contract).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict launch deadlines.
- Keen interest in luxury fashion, product curation and online customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional fluency in French preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise data into clear, actionable insights.
- Autonomy, attention to detail and a collaborative approach to cross‑disciplinary work.

Experience
Prior internship or part‑time experience in e‑commerce, digital merchandising, product management or retail operations is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate relevant academic projects or practical exposure to online retail.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Fashion Management, Business) qualifying for an alternance/work‑study contract.
