Chanel in Geneva seeks a Digital Marketing & Engagement Intern to support social media, content creation and campaign reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of local digital marketing campaigns across social channels and owned digital platforms.
  • Create, adapt and schedule visual and written content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and brand channels, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
  • Assist community management: monitor social conversations, engage with followers and escalate client or brand issues as required.
  • Coordinate campaign activations with regional/global digital teams, PR, retail and external agencies; manage deliverables and timelines.
  • Support influencer and ambassador outreach, onboarding and performance tracking.
  • Compile and analyse campaign and channel performance metrics; produce regular reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Maintain content calendars, asset libraries and digital documentation; provide general administrative support to the digital team.
  • Contribute to CRM and email marketing activations, as well as localised digital projects and in-store digital initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in luxury fashion, beauty and brand-sensitive communication; high degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive mindset, collaborative team player and eagerness to learn from cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience
