Chanel Paris seeks an Alternance Digital Learning Assistant — Parfums & Beauté (Sept 2026). Work‑study role in e‑learning and training for the France market.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development and deployment of digital learning assets for the France beauty & fragrance market, including e‑learning modules, microlearning and onboarding content.
  • Manage and curate learning content within the LMS; ensure correct upload, metadata, SCORM compliance and user enrolments.
  • Coordinate production with internal stakeholders and external partners (creative, product, marketing, agencies) for multimedia assets (video, motion, interactive modules).
  • Perform quality assurance and testing of e‑learning deliverables across devices and browsers; collect and act on learner feedback.
  • Maintain learning calendars, track project milestones and report on adoption and completion rates via learning analytics.
  • Provide day‑to‑day learner support and helpdesk triage for digital training enquiries in the French market.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing new formats, tools and pedagogical approaches adapted to beauty retail and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Multimedia, Marketing, Communication, HR or equivalent (work‑study/alternance contract).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with careful attention to detail.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a matrix environment.
  • Interest in beauty and fragrance categories and sensitivity to luxury brand standards.
  • Basic understanding of e‑learning standards (SCORM/xAPI) and LMS workflows is an advantage.

Experience

Work‑study or internship experience in digital learning, L&D, instructional design, e‑learning production, or a marketing/communications role is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable project work or portfolio is a plus.

Education

Enrolled in a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate program in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Multimedia, Communication, Marketing, HR or related discipline (alternance/work‑study eligible).
