Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve brand mission and ensure effective daily operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Head of Boutique and the boutique team, ensuring the execution of 'The Chanel Difference'.
  • Lead the team to engage consumers, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high image standards.
  • Support employee development and growth within the boutique.
  • Uphold the brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards.
  • Build a client-centric environment and manage merchandise and inventory effectively.
  • Form partnerships with various divisions, including Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, and HR to drive business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in management overseeing a team of 5 or more.
  • Fluency in English and the local language, with Mandarin as a plus.
  • Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in shop operations, including stock organization and cash/credit handling. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, including 2 years in a managerial role overseeing a team of at least 5 members.

Education

Secondary School certificate required; a university degree is a plus.
