Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve brand mission and ensure effective daily operations.
- Serve as a liaison between the Head of Boutique and the boutique team, ensuring the execution of 'The Chanel Difference'.
- Lead the team to engage consumers, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high image standards.
- Support employee development and growth within the boutique.
- Uphold the brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards.
- Build a client-centric environment and manage merchandise and inventory effectively.
- Form partnerships with various divisions, including Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, and HR to drive business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in management overseeing a team of 5 or more.
- Fluency in English and the local language, with Mandarin as a plus.
- Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, including 2 years in a managerial role overseeing a team of at least 5 members.
Education
Secondary School certificate required; a university degree is a plus.
