Chanel seeks a Deputy Head of Boutique, Fashion in Macau to support boutique operations, lead the sales team and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Boutique in reaching and exceeding sales targets through proactive client acquisition, retention and personalised clienteling.
- Lead, coach and motivate boutique sales teams to deliver exemplary luxury service and to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Implement and maintain Chanel visual merchandising, presentation and product launch standards within the boutique.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including stock control, inventory reconciliation, replenishment and logistics coordination.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, performance metrics and local market intelligence to inform commercial decisions.
- Oversee boutique administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, payroll inputs, compliance with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Act as on-site brand ambassador, resolving client escalations with discretion and ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, with a minimum of 3–5 years in client-facing roles and at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant-management capacity.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-value client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management and team development.
- Excellent organisational skills, numeracy and ability to analyse sales data to drive decisions.
- Right to work in Macau and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years in luxury retail sales with progressive responsibility; prior exposure to boutique operations and team supervision is required. Experience within a global luxury maison or premium fashion brand is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
