Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day boutique operations and ensure seamless customer journeys aligned with Chanel standards.
  • Drive sales performance and delivery of boutique KPIs through proactive clienteling, merchandising and promotional execution.
  • Coach, develop and schedule boutique staff; foster a high-performance, client-focused team culture and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and housekeeping to preserve brand presentation and product integrity.
  • Manage cash handling, POS transactions, administrative tasks and compliance with internal controls, security and local regulatory requirements.
  • Act as on-shift senior contact for escalations, VIP clients and cross-departmental coordination with corporate functions as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail with progressive supervisory responsibility.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and managing boutique KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished approach to VIP clienteling and after-sales service.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and adherence to brand standards and store procedures.

Experience

Several years of experience in luxury retail, including frontline sales and at least one year in a supervisory or assistant-manager capacity, with proven ability to meet sales targets and manage boutique operations.

Education

Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
