Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day boutique operations and ensure seamless customer journeys aligned with Chanel standards.
- Drive sales performance and delivery of boutique KPIs through proactive clienteling, merchandising and promotional execution.
- Coach, develop and schedule boutique staff; foster a high-performance, client-focused team culture and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and housekeeping to preserve brand presentation and product integrity.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, administrative tasks and compliance with internal controls, security and local regulatory requirements.
- Act as on-shift senior contact for escalations, VIP clients and cross-departmental coordination with corporate functions as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail with progressive supervisory responsibility.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and managing boutique KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished approach to VIP clienteling and after-sales service.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and adherence to brand standards and store procedures.
Skills
Experience
Several years of experience in luxury retail, including frontline sales and at least one year in a supervisory or assistant-manager capacity, with proven ability to meet sales targets and manage boutique operations.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
