Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Sales Advisors to ensure alignment with Chanel's strategy and promote efficient collaboration.
- Maximize team potential by defining development opportunities and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Set and communicate clear expectations for individual and boutique objectives, fostering team ownership and accountability.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Retail Director, contributing to key projects and strategy implementation.
- Build relationships within the retail community to enhance competitor insight.
- Ensure the ultimate client experience by working closely with Retail Director, L&D, and After Sales Managers.
- Monitor business indicators and collaborate with team members to create effective action plans.
- Analyze KPIs and implement business strategies to achieve goals across all product categories.

- Strong expertise in High-End Jewelry and Watches.
- Solid managerial experience with proven leadership capabilities.
