Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Sales Advisors to ensure alignment with Chanel's strategy and promote efficient collaboration.
  • Maximize team potential by defining development opportunities and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Set and communicate clear expectations for individual and boutique objectives, fostering team ownership and accountability.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Retail Director, contributing to key projects and strategy implementation.
  • Build relationships within the retail community to enhance competitor insight.
  • Ensure the ultimate client experience by working closely with Retail Director, L&D, and After Sales Managers.
  • Monitor business indicators and collaborate with team members to create effective action plans.
  • Analyze KPIs and implement business strategies to achieve goals across all product categories.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in High-End Jewelry and Watches.
  • Solid managerial experience with proven leadership capabilities.
