Chanel is hiring a Delivery Planning Assistant (Work‑Study) in Paris (Alternance) starting Sept 2026 to support delivery scheduling and logistics coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery planning team in scheduling and tracking inbound and outbound shipments for the fashion division.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and exceptions; liaise with warehouses, carriers and retail locations to ensure on‑time receipt and resolution of delays.
  • Update and maintain planning and tracking records in the ERP and reporting tools; prepare regular status reports and KPIs.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day operational tasks including transport bookings, shipment confirmations and documentation follow‑up.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc projects to optimise delivery reliability and transit flows.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in supply chain, logistics, transport, business or related field (work‑study/alternance required).
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and pivot tables) ERP systems (experience or familiarity; e.g., SAP) Delivery and transport planning Data analysis and KPI reporting Cross‑functional communication and stakeholder coordination

Experience

No extensive professional experience required; previous internship or one year of exposure to logistics, transport or supply chain operations is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a recognised tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in supply chain, logistics, transport, business administration or a comparable discipline; eligibility for alternance/work‑study required.
