Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the global planning of collections, including schedule analysis and workload studies.
- Coordinate deliveries from manufacturers, monitoring production alerts and maintaining status reports.
- Prepare and lead production follow-up meetings in collaboration with supply chain, quality, and industrialization teams, and document meeting outcomes.
- Gather information from manufacturers to finalize deliveries for each collection.
- Analyze delivery tracking indicators and regularly disseminate findings to the department and partners.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of past and current collections to facilitate process improvements.
- Contribute to the formalization and updating of business processes.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in supply chain coordination or a related field is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
