Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Data Marketing Project Manager on Parfums Beauté initiatives from conception through execution.
  • Prepare and analyse campaign and customer data to inform segmentation, targeting and activation strategies.
  • Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards to measure campaign ROI, engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (brand marketing, digital, CRM, retail, IT/BI) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to A/B test design and monitoring, and summarise learnings and optimisation recommendations.
  • Help validate data quality and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements (GDPR) for marketing use cases.
  • Document project workflows, maintain project plans and liaise with external vendors when required.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field (alternance/apprenticeship track).
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven experience in data manipulation and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills; ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent written and spoken communication; professional presentation skills for stakeholder reporting.
  • Appreciation for the luxury beauty and fragrance sector and sensitivity to brand positioning.

Skills

Data analysis — Excel (advanced), pivot tables and data cleansing SQL for query writing and dataset extraction Marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement Segmentation and audience activation (CRM/CDP concepts) Dashboarding and visualisation (Tableau, Power BI or equivalent) A/B testing methodology and uplift analysis Understanding of GDPR and data privacy constraints in marketing

Experience

Previous internship or project experience in marketing analytics, CRM, digital marketing or a data role is highly desirable; this is an apprenticeship position suited to candidates with limited professional experience seeking structured on‑the‑job learning.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline (eligible for alternance/apprenticeship).
