Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the data team in cleaning, validating and transforming datasets to ensure accuracy and usability for reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports for commercial and operational stakeholders using BI tools.
  • Perform ad-hoc quantitative analyses to answer business questions and support decision-making across retail and marketing teams.
  • Document data definitions, ETL processes and analysis methodologies; contribute to data governance and quality-control procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, digital and business teams to troubleshoot data issues and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Proven ability to work with structured datasets through coursework, academic projects or prior internships.
  • Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and a methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Professional communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive commercial data.

Experience

Internship-appropriate experience: academic projects or 0–12 months of practical exposure to data analysis, dashboard creation, or ETL tasks. Prior retail, luxury or commercial datasets experience is advantageous but not required.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a closely related field.
