Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Operations modules across operations, supply chain and finance domains.
- Translate business requirements into solution design, configuration and testable functional specifications.
- Coordinate and drive end-to-end testing (integration, system, UAT) and validate business process performance prior to go-live.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across commercial, supply chain, finance and IT teams to ensure alignment and business readiness.
- Own cutover, data migration oversight and post-go-live hypercare activities with internal teams and external implementation partners.
- Govern functional change requests and maintain solution documentation, process maps and configuration baselines.
- Mentor and supervise junior functional analysts and act as the principal escalation point for complex functional issues.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise controls, data governance and local/regional regulatory requirements within the D365 solution scope.
Qualifications
- Proven track record delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Operations functional scope in multi-module ERP implementations.
- Demonstrable experience in business process analysis, functional configuration, UAT coordination and data migration oversight.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders and external partners.
- Experience leading or mentoring functional teams and working within a global programme governance model.
- Fluency in both English and French preferred, with the ability to operate effectively in a bilingual corporate environment.

Experience
Minimum five years' experience in ERP implementations, including at least three years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations; prior exposure to retail, luxury goods, supply chain or finance processes is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
