Chanel is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for its Fashion Boutiques in Paris. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work within a prestigious luxury brand, starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in daily operations.
  • Welcome local and international clients, ensuring exceptional service during item drop-offs and collections.
  • Transform dissatisfied clients into loyal customers through exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Advise clients on appropriate maintenance for various types of items.
  • Participate in the operational management of customer service, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, coordinating with workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications.
  • Support the execution of minor repairs within the boutique.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education program in business or management.
  • Previous experience in retail or management, such as sales or stock management.

Skills

Proficiency in English and computer tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dynamic and meticulous with a strong service orientation.

Experience

A first experience in retail or management is required.

Education

Currently pursuing higher education in business or management.
