Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between the outsourced Client Care center and Chanel teams including quality, retail, CRM, and product marketing to provide precise information to clients and ensure impeccable service.
  • Monitor and update ongoing client cases in Salesforce used by Client Care advisors.
  • Manage the reception of products for client after-sales service in the Perfumes and Beauty division.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of case handling quality by upholding Chanel's established processes.
  • Prepare and lead weekly meetings with the service provider.
  • Update procedures to consistently optimize and personalize client relationships.
  • Engage in strategic discussions to enhance service and processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or University with a focus on Customer Service and Luxury.

Skills

Meticulous attention to detail, responsiveness, and efficiency. Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong inclination towards optimization and pragmatic problem-solving. Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, with a keen interest in digital tools. Flawless written French and strong command of English.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service and luxury is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or University.
