Chanel in Paris seeks a Customer Relations Intern (Fragrance & Beauty / Fashion Europe) — internship starting July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Europe Customer Relations team in managing incoming enquiries across email, telephone and social channels, ensuring timely, brand-aligned responses.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and case histories; log escalations and follow up on resolution progress with boutiques, distribution and central functions.
  • Coordinate operational tasks for launches and commercial initiatives (sample tracking, client communications, staging of events) in close collaboration with regional teams.
  • Prepare regular performance and trend reports (enquiries, complaints, satisfaction indicators) for the Customer Relations manager and commercial stakeholders.
  • Draft and adapt client communications and standard replies in French and English, ensuring compliance with brand tone and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management or equivalent.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English; additional European languages advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills, capacity to prioritise competing requests and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Interest in luxury beauty, fragrance and fashion, and an understanding of omnichannel client expectations.

Experience

Internship-level role: no extensive prior professional experience required. Previous customer service, retail or luxury brand exposure is an advantage; internships or project work in CRM, client relations or marketing are valued.

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
