Chanel seeks a Customer Experience Specialist in Copenhagen to deliver bespoke client service and drive clienteling for the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, anticipatory service to a discerning clientele through in‑store interactions, private appointments and follow‑up communications.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, meticulous record keeping and tailored product recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and store commercial objectives while adhering to Chanel’s standards for client experiences and service excellence.
  • Support visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure an environment consistent with brand identity and seasonal directives.
  • Manage CRM entries, appointment schedules and after‑sales care to optimise client retention and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with store leadership, beauty/fashion specialists and boutique teams to coordinate events, launches and VIP servicing.
  • Resolve client inquiries and service issues with discretion, professionalism and a solution‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or premium client‑facing roles, ideally within fashion, accessories or beauty.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and relationship‑building skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and repeat business.
  • High standards of presentation and professional conduct; impeccable attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability to work retail shifts, including evenings and weekends, and to attend client events.
  • Authorised to work in Denmark.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail or a premium service environment with proven clienteling and sales performance.
