Role & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints via phone and email regarding products, after-sales service, and exchanges.
- Prepare necessary reports to ensure superior customer service.
- Facilitate communication between the call center and retail stores to verify and relay accurate information.
- Identify and report accurate case studies to enhance service quality.
- Manage customer claims and coordinate with relevant departments.
Qualifications
