Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the CRM project management lifecycle for the Fragrances & Beauty division: planning, tracking and coordination of campaigns and activations.
  • Assist in the preparation and validation of campaign briefs, timelines and creative/content deliverables with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, e‑commerce, retail, legal, data teams) to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Contribute to segmentation, targeting and campaign setup processes, and participate in QA of email/SMS/content before deployment.
  • Compile campaign performance reports and basic KPI analyses to inform optimisations and post‑mortem reviews.
  • Maintain and update the CRM calendar, asset trackers and project documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.
  • Support A/B test implementation and monitor results under guidance, flagging actionable insights.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and consent requirements within CRM activities (e.g., documentation, checks).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to QA and documentation.
  • Proactive mindset with the capacity to work autonomously and within cross‑functional teams.
  • Analytical aptitude with comfort handling campaign metrics and basic reporting.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills; polished presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Experience
