Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CRM project management lifecycle for the Fragrances & Beauty division: planning, tracking and coordination of campaigns and activations.
- Assist in the preparation and validation of campaign briefs, timelines and creative/content deliverables with internal teams and external agencies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, e‑commerce, retail, legal, data teams) to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Contribute to segmentation, targeting and campaign setup processes, and participate in QA of email/SMS/content before deployment.
- Compile campaign performance reports and basic KPI analyses to inform optimisations and post‑mortem reviews.
- Maintain and update the CRM calendar, asset trackers and project documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Support A/B test implementation and monitor results under guidance, flagging actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and consent requirements within CRM activities (e.g., documentation, checks).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to QA and documentation.
- Proactive mindset with the capacity to work autonomously and within cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical aptitude with comfort handling campaign metrics and basic reporting.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; polished presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Experience
Internship-level role: no specific prior experience required. Previous internships or work experience in CRM, digital marketing, luxury beauty or retail are considered an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital or equivalent.
