Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns for the Fragrance & Beauty division, including briefings, timelines and QA prior to deployment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, merchandising and creative teams to ensure campaign assets, localisation and client journeys are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare audience segmentations and campaign recipient lists in coordination with the data team; assist with A/B testing and targeting validation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce regular KPI reports and post-campaign analyses to inform optimisation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and technology partners for campaign setup, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to the CRM project roadmap and participate in workshops to refine customer journeys and lifecycle strategies.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an approved alternance/apprenticeship programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business or related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail for asset and content review.
  • Analytical mindset with basic competency in campaign performance interpretation and reporting.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and respect for luxury brand standards and discretion.

Experience

Previous internship or coursework experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign execution is preferred; demonstrated exposure to email or lifecycle marketing and cross-functional project work is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business Administration or a related field (alternance/apprenticeship track).
