Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the CRM Project Manager for Jewellery & Watchmaking in the conception, planning and execution of client engagement campaigns across email, SMS and owned channels.
  • Coordinate project timelines, briefs and deliverables with internal stakeholders (marketing, CRM analytics, retail, creative) and external suppliers.
  • Support audience segmentation and campaign targeting using CRM data; prepare datasets and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy rules.
  • Produce campaign reports and KPI dashboards to measure performance, derive insights and recommend optimisation actions.
  • Perform QA and testing on campaign workflows, creative assets and links prior to send; monitor delivery and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain project documentation, roadmaps and post‑campaign analyses; contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Digital, Business, Data or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship in France.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to manipulate data and translate numbers into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills and experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, particularly for QA and campaign testing.

Experience

Prior internship experience in CRM, digital marketing, email campaigns or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate exposure to data-driven marketing initiatives and basic campaign execution.

Education

Enrolment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Marketing, Digital, Business, Data or equivalent) with eligibility for an alternance/apprenticeship contract in France.
