Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor CRM and digital projects, implementations, and campaigns.
  • Digitize customer paper cards and organize them in digital format while ensuring data privacy.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database by re-typing records into a spreadsheet template.
  • Produce daily reports on digitization progress and document status.
  • Ensure physical storage is organized for the destruction of paper cards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or current enrollment in such a program.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic setting. Analytical curiosity with an interest in data-driven decision-making.

Experience

No prior experience required, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn CRM and digital marketing are essential.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or currently enrolled in a similar program.
