CRM Coordinator
Chanel in Seoul seeks a CRM Coordinator (6-month contract) to run CRM campaigns, segmentation and performance analysis for the Korean market.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support and execute the CRM roadmap for the Korean market, ensuring alignment with global and regional marketing plans.
- Plan, build and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) including audience selection, personalisation and delivery.
- Manage customer segmentation, lifecycle programmes and audience hygiene to maximise engagement and lifetime value.
- Monitor campaign performance, produce actionable reports and present insights and optimisation recommendations to marketing stakeholders.
- Coordinate with digital, retail, merchandising and external agency partners to ensure cohesive customer journeys and on-time campaign delivery.
- Design and run A/B tests and iterative experiments to refine creative, offers and timing.
- Ensure CRM activities comply with local data protection regulations (e.g. PIPA) and internal privacy policies.
- Maintain campaign calendars, manage campaign assets and support budget tracking for CRM activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on CRM, database marketing or digital marketing experience; experience within luxury retail or cosmetics preferred.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience translating data into commercial actions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local data protection obligations and best practices for consent management.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of practical CRM or database-marketing experience, ideally within luxury retail, beauty or premium consumer brands; experience coordinating cross-functional teams and with regional campaign execution is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent professional experience.
