Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams including Marketing, Activation, and Production to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Participate in weekly activity follow-up meetings and provide updates on ongoing and upcoming tasks.
- Assist in planning and managing the CRM campaign calendar across three divisions: Parfums & Beauté, Horlogerie & Joaillerie, and Mode.
- Contribute to campaign production planning and update campaign management tools.
- Draft briefs and collaborate with Activation Consultants to implement CRM campaigns with dedicated targeting.
- Work with production partners for HTML integration, ensuring optimal email display across devices and mailboxes.
- Conduct tests and quality assurance checks to verify content, links, and dynamic elements.
- Follow the BAT (Bon à Tirer) process to secure final approval before campaign launch.
- Ensure smooth execution of the campaign sending process.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business, or a related field with an interest in the luxury sector.
- Fluency in English.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in Marketing and CRM is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
