Chanel seeks a CRM Campaign Assistant in Paris to support the Customer Engagement Ops team. Ideal for marketing students interested in luxury fashion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams including Marketing, Activation, and Production to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Participate in weekly activity follow-up meetings and provide updates on ongoing and upcoming tasks.
  • Assist in planning and managing the CRM campaign calendar across three divisions: Parfums & Beauté, Horlogerie & Joaillerie, and Mode.
  • Contribute to campaign production planning and update campaign management tools.
  • Draft briefs and collaborate with Activation Consultants to implement CRM campaigns with dedicated targeting.
  • Work with production partners for HTML integration, ensuring optimal email display across devices and mailboxes.
  • Conduct tests and quality assurance checks to verify content, links, and dynamic elements.
  • Follow the BAT (Bon à Tirer) process to secure final approval before campaign launch.
  • Ensure smooth execution of the campaign sending process.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business, or a related field with an interest in the luxury sector.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Basic knowledge of email marketing principles and customer segmentation. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in Marketing and CRM is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
