Role & Responsibilities
- Support the conception, execution and monitoring of CRM campaigns and loyalty initiatives for the Beauty & Fragrance business across European markets.
- Perform customer segmentation, audience creation and data hygiene tasks to optimise targeting and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards (campaign KPIs, customer lifetime value, retention metrics) for local and regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with country marketing, retail and clienteling teams to align campaign content, timing and in-store client engagement.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of clienteling tools and CRM platforms; support store training and user adoption.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR) and maintain high standards of customer data quality and privacy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in marketing, digital, business, luxury management or a related discipline, seeking an alternance/apprenticeship placement.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret CRM metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to coordinate across multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools; basic SQL or data-querying skills desirable.
- Professional fluency in French and strong working proficiency in English; additional European language(s) an asset.

Previous internships or short-term placements (6–12 months) in CRM, digital marketing or clienteling within retail, beauty or luxury brands are strongly preferred; this role is tailored for a student seeking an apprenticeship placement.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s programme (Marketing, Digital, Business, Luxury Management or equivalent).
